I'm ba-aaack!

Ain't nothing lazy about these crazy days of summer! I have taken a little break from sewing and now need to crank it into high gear to replenish all the lovelies I sold at Gypsy Caravan. Considering the monsoon like weather that day, I was really surprised at how much I sold- about half my total inventory! And I had a lot of inventory, folks.

I have picked up some glorious fabrics for fall and come up with some new designs. I have also found the most fun fabric for my kitchen aprons! Plaid with embroidery along the bottom. It's so pretty I'm thinking of rescinding my vow to never sew clothes again. That is a long story but the bullets on it are:

  • never go to a private religious college to study fashion and interior design
  • never take a sewing lab at 7 am on Monday mornings
  • and never show your lingerie designs to a design teacher who wears turtlenecks in summer.

Anyway, I cannot wait to get behind the machine again and sew and swear. Creating and cussing go hand in hand, ya know.
